Home Covid-19 Testing for Students

As you will obviously be aware, when the students returned to school on Monday 8th March, we continued with our in-school lateral flow testing programme that started Tuesday 2nd March.

Over the past few weeks, this has meant that we have carried out approximately 3,000 tests for students in Years 7-13. This whole process has run extremely smoothly, and I want to thank you for your support in helping by using the consent forms on the website.

Awareness Day #LostHours

School has finished for the day, but do you know what your son or daughter gets up to before they get home?

Grooming into gangs, fighting and stabbing is happening in Barking and Dagenham and we all need to play a part in putting a stop to youth violence.
So, please take a minute and ask your children where they are and what they’re up to when not at home.

Have a watch of this film, produced by Barking and Dagenham Council and hear from two local parents who have lost their children to knife attacks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EV2fTa35WZw&t=1s #LostHours
